Full-service machine operation
Supreme owns, places, installs, and services every machine — from the game mix on the floor to the decal on each cabinet.
Placement and installation
Supreme places, installs, and configures every machine at your location — power and internet are the only things you provide. We select and refresh the game mix per location, matching current, well-maintained skill-game cabinets to what a room draws. Install day covers delivery, mounting, and initial configuration, so a location goes from empty floor space to a working game room without any equipment purchase on your end.
Service and maintenance
Every machine stays on our service route for the life of the agreement. That covers bill acceptors, touchscreens, locks, and custom key requests, with padlocks available on request. When something needs attention, a technician is dispatched to diagnose and repair it on site. Machine settings — including hand count and payout increments — are configured per Georgia Lottery Corporation rules and adjusted as needed, with no action required from the location.
Compliance management
Compliance runs on a schedule, not a checklist you have to manage. Every machine carries its annual Georgia Lottery Corporation decal and responsible-play sticker, and each location displays the required game-room signage alongside Supreme's master license certificate. Machines operate as skill-based games under O.C.G.A. §16-12-35, and all redemption is non-cash, capped at $5 wholesale value per single play — kept current so a location stays audit-ready.
Weekly reporting
Every location gets a weekly report pulled directly from the Georgia Lottery portal, broken out by machine and by location. It's the same data Supreme uses to calculate settlement, so the numbers a location owner sees match what's reported to the state. Custom date-range reports are available on request, for a single machine, a full location, or anything in between — no guessing where the numbers are coming from.
Quality equipment
Machines are modern, licensed skill-game cabinets running current titles — not aging boxes left to run until they fail. Supreme owns every unit, so there's no incentive to stretch equipment past its useful life; cabinets are inspected, cleaned, and kept in working order as part of the regular service route. When a title runs its course, it's swapped for something new as part of the ongoing game-mix refresh.
